Our firm was founded on our Brokerage work. We represent landlords and tenants alike in the leasing and buying/selling of commercial properties all along the Gulf Coast region. For our landlord clients, we work to market their properties and fill them with quality tenants. For the brands and companies that seek our expertise, we handle site selection and lease negotiations.
Project Management
One of our least talked about, but most valuable services is Project Management. We can act as your project liaison between ownership, architects and contractors, etc., to ensure the job stays on track, is done correctly, within budget and completed on time.
Property Management
Did you realize that our firm offers Property and Asset Management services? From Warehouse District properties, industrial along the Lafitte Greenway to medical office facilities in Metairie, we can manage your real estate investments. This includes everything from collecting rent to paying expenses and taxes on the property.
Real Estate Development
Development and Strategic Acquisitions is at the heart of what we do. From site identification to market analysis and risk assessment, we orchestrate the best real estate play. We partner with like minded individuals from other industry sectors such as architects, designers, contractors and other developers on development projects.
