During his tenure at NORF, Cullan was instrumental in launching and managing three Qualified Opportunity Zone Funds, which invested over $100 million across the Southern United States. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Cullan is deeply involved in academia and civic engagement. He is a professor of Real Estate Finance at Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, where he earned his MBA in 2013. Cullan is a Fellow of the Institute of Politics at Loyola University of New Orleans and serves on the Metropolitan Crime Commission's board of directors. Cullan holds a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts, where he was a four-year starter on the university's baseball team.
